Club software: what a good management system needs to have
Searching for club software almost always leads to two kinds of result: generic point-of-sale systems that don't understand how a real club operates, or hotel software dressed up as an "entertainment solution". Neither one addresses what's specific about running a club with multiple rooms, several models on shift and sales happening at the same time.
What a club actually needs, not a hotel
A hotel manages rooms that are occupied by the night. A club manages rooms that turn over several times an hour, with a different person assigned each time, a service that can change mid-booking, and a charge that depends on all of it together. That's why club software needs, at minimum:
- A real-time room board — available, occupied or being cleaned, visible to the whole team without having to ask.
- A model roster with live availability — who's on shift, who's busy, who has already left.
- Sales and till shift integrated — so what was sold at the bar and what was charged for services don't live in separate systems.
- Commissions calculated automatically per booking — not at the end of the day, adding up slips of paper.
Why "generic" isn't enough
A generic point-of-sale system can ring up a beer perfectly well, but it doesn't know which room is free, who's on shift, or how to split a commission between the house and the model. That forces you to keep a second system (or a notebook) running alongside it — exactly the problem club software should be solving, not duplicating.
How Foxxy solves it
Foxxy isn't a point of sale with a different name — it's built specifically for how a club operates: rooms, models, shifts, commissions and sales in the same system, updating themselves. You can see the Operations board and the rest of the product walkthrough on the home page.
