Personal data processing policy

This policy describes how Foxxy, a Kiware.co product, collects and processes personal data, in compliance with Ley 1581 de 2012 (Colombia's data protection law) and its implementing decree, Decreto 1377 de 2013.

1. Data controller

The controller is Kiware.co, a company domiciled in Colombia. The contact channels for exercising your rights are at the end of this policy.

2. What data we collect

• From site visitors: aggregated browsing data, such as pages visited and device type.
• From anyone requesting a demo: the data you voluntarily share with us over WhatsApp, typically name, phone number and a description of your business.
• From customers: the data required to provide the service and to bill for it.

This site does not request sensitive data. Nor does it collect information about the people who work at our customers' establishments: that data is processed inside the platform, where the establishment acts as controller and Foxxy as processor.

3. What we use it for

To handle your demo request, to provide and bill the contracted service, to send you information about the product when you have authorized it, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Your rights

As the data subject you may access, update and correct your data; request proof of the authorization granted; be informed of the use made of it; file complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (Colombia's data protection authority); and revoke the authorization or request the deletion of your data where applicable.

5. Retention and security

We keep the data for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and for the additional time required by law. We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect it against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.

6. How to exercise your rights

Write to us on WhatsApp stating your request. We will respond within the terms and time limits set out in Colombian regulations.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. We will publish the version in force on this page, indicating the date of the last update.
